Fusion LED support technicians are here to take calls and perform remote assistance during business hours, Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, except holidays. If you have questions about a new installation or software question, we can help. Many questions can be answered by emailing our support email. Each display is shipped with detailed installation diagrams and LED configuration diagrams for future service.
We cover outbound ground shipment of all warranty parts needed to a qualified sign company to make repairs. Each RMA shipment has detailed instructions for accessing, removing, and finally replacing any part. Most pieces are covered with our standard three-year warranty unless an extended five-year warranty was purchased.
